Hello!
I’m so excited to hear your thoughts on Webflow's future and am wildly excited for you in this new role!
Today I am organizing a few conversation starters for our call.
In our last conversation, we discussed personalization and how to consider conversation as a design medium. I’m excited to say the EA site is looking to explore these topics, and I look forward to your feedback. And now, we are days away from launch (and to submit for WebflowoConf award!)
Here are a some topic areas:
Agency Update
As I’m sure you can understand, this has been a challenging year in business, especially on the agency side. The theme for the year has been focusing on expansion opportunities, as new logos have taken longer to land.
Edgar Allan's Update
Our biggest growth sector has been helping customers understand their data layer, specifically working with analytics and creating a path for their attribution models.
- Win: We have 75% of our year sold and potentially 45% of next year - for context, when we last talked I had 30% of the year sold
- Challenge: Sales overall are down 20%, with webflow-related projects down $800k
Personal Update
I took some time off in July to run, sail, and spend time with the family. I was disappointed the timing didn’t work out for the Partner Summit. (It was then doubly unfortunate that Danielle got caught during the Delta outage.)I often use this time away from the keyboard to focus and consider the next steps. This break often needs to move into a hectic Q4 and Q1. Anyway, I’m back at my desk and have so many things to share (and so many ideas of things to build!).
