The Role


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products and digital experiences for our partners and clients. This role ensures projects are executed with strategic clarity, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on communication, relationships, and outcomes that drive measurable business value.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery

  • Manage client engagements across multiple business units, maintaining clear timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Run project kick-offs, weekly status calls, and post-mortems with confidence and structure.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation: plans, status reports, change orders, and budget trackers.
  • Support leads in managing scope changes, timeline shifts, and expectation setting

Client Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on active projects, building trust through reliable follow-through.
  • Facilitate clear, proactive communication between clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Lead client status meetings, covering timelines, project progress, action items, and scope changes.
  • Escalate client satisfaction risks to department leads before they become relationship issues.

Internal Cross-Functional Team Management

  • Align teams, including UX, design, content, development, and QA, around shared project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and workflow processes.
  • Partner with department leads to optimize resource allocation and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Inspire and achieve a high level of output and produce the best possible work.

Risk Management

  • Identify risks early and escalate or resolve them before they become delivery issues.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans in collaboration with department leads.
  • Communicate critical delivery blockers and high-impact risks to client contacts in collaboration with department leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or professional services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of agency delivery models: retainers, fixed-scope projects, cross-functional teams, and scope management.
  • Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and when to use each.
  • Excellent organizational skills - you're the person who notices when something is slipping before anyone else does.
  • Clear, confident communicator - you write well, run tight meetings, and handle difficult client conversations without breaking.
  • Fluency in writing delivery documentation: change orders, status reports, and client emails.
  • Hands-on experience with PM tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
